Privacy
Mentis is a private study board for this family. The public pages are this explanation, the privacy note, and the sign-in door.
What is stored
After a student signs in, Mentis can store practice progress (what was opened, practiced, or demonstrated), stars, and a parent note thread for Wes. Homework, grades, and calendar rows come from school syncs. They are not shown on this public page.
Who can see it
A student sees the board for the name they signed in with. Parent tools ask for a grown-up check on the device. School files are not meant for search engines.
Deletion
A parent can ask Mark to delete a student’s saved progress and notes. Signing out on a phone does not by itself delete the account copy.
